It is important for you to know that even if you are covered by dental or accident insurance, our services are offered on the understanding that you are financially responsible for the total amount of your account. Most insurance coverage is designed to pay only a portion of the costs of your dental treatment.

We encourage you to be fully aware of the provisions of your dental insurance policy and its limitations.

Insurance Benefits

Our door is open to all patients regardless of insurance coverage. We are, however, preferred providers for most Delta Dental, Doral Dental, & Medica dental insurance plans. We are also able to treat most patients carrying coverage through other plans, although in some instances your benefit may be affected. Please call if you have any questions regarding your benefits with our office.

We are always pleased to submit a claim to your insurance carrier for your dental treatment. We request that you provide us with the correct and/or updated insurance information so that we may submit your claim properly.

Financial Arrangements

We understand that dental work can be costly and because of this we will gladly set up financial arrangements with all patients. Financial arrangements consist of an initial down payment and a fixed monthly payment to be arranged with a financial coordinator in our office. No finance charges will accrue for patients who set up and maintain payments on a monthly basis. Our goal is to work with you to have all services paid off within 3-6 months of treatment.
