Marilyn
Marilyn grew up in the White Bear Lake area, graduating in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 1976. She has been employed at Maplewood Dental Associates since 1977. Working more than 30 years at the same dental practice is a testimony to what a great work environment and quality dentistry our doctors provide.
The most satisfying part of her job is building relationships with her patients and making their dental experience as comfortable as she can. Yearly the practice participates in Give Kids a Smile, which she states is very rewarding.
Outside the office, Marilyn enjoys travelling, reading, music, theatre, movies and spending time with her family and friends (and her two cats).

Colleen
Colleen is a University of Minnesota graduate and has been employed at Maplewood Dental for 27 of her 34 years as a dental hygienist. She says the best part of her job is all the terrific patients she has cared for over the years.
Colleen enjoys reading, golfing, fishing, camping, hunting, traveling and spending time with her family.

Lisa
Lisa graduated from Normandale Community College and has been a hygienist with Maplewood Dental Associates for 15 years. She has been married to her husband for 17 years and they have two great children. The best part of her job is meeting patients and educating them on oral hygiene.
Lisa enjoys downhill skiing, golfing and spending time with her family and friends

Sally
Originally from central Illinois, Sally earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Iowa in 1986. She has been working at Maplewood Dental Associates ever since.
Dentistry runs in Sally’s family. Her father and sister are Orthodontists. Sally enjoys keeping her hygiene skills sharp by attending continuing education courses and study groups.
Sally lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two children.

Carolyn
Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota. She has practiced dental hygiene since 1973 and has worked for several periodontal practices in the Twin Cities. Carolyn has been a member of the Maplewood Dental Associates staff since 1979.
Her outside interests include gardening, cooking classes and spending time with her two daughters, son-in-law and new granddaughter.

Ellen
Ellen grew up in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. After attending the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, she went on to receive her dental hygiene degree through North Central Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin. Ellen moved to the Twin Cities in 1997 and joined our dental team in 1999.
Ellen enjoys laughing with her patients and sharing funny stories about her family.

Laurie
Laurie graduated from Century College and has been a dental hygienist at Maplewood Dental Associates for 10 years. She enjoys being a hygienist because of all the great patients she gets to meet.
Laurie is married and has a daughter. In her spare time, she trains and plays Flyball with her five dogs (Shadow, Sonic, Orbit, Vapor, and Throttle). Laurie is an avid deer and turkey hunter and she loves to go snowmobiling in the mountains each year.

Becki
Becki has been with Maplewood Dental Associates since May of 2000. She began her career as a dental assistant, then, in June of 2004, Becki graduated from the dental hygiene program at Century College. Becki enjoys giving her patients quality care and a healthy smile.
When not at work, Becki enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
